First Capitol Concumers Group called me and promised me a credit line of $4500.00 for a visa and mastercard they made me believe that it was a credit line. not one where i had to deposit my own money!!

When I got the package there was no card and when I read it they said I could deposit my own funds on it,I relized they had lied about the card to get my $199.00 so i requested a refund.

They told 10 to 14days, well they didnt refund my money. when I called them they said another 14days that I dont have.

Isaid I was going to call my lawyer and the lady told me she wouldnt even start the refund now, and to call who ever I have to!!and was very rude so I contacted you. Thank You
